Who processes your data

The data controller is INVERSION s.r.o., Company ID (IČO): 08613745, registered office: Zemědělská 5295/6, Třebovice, 722 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic. E-mail: info@ioastay.com. We answer privacy questions at info@ioastay.com. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

What data we process and why

Website visits: we do not collect any analytical or marketing data. The website uses no analytics and no advertising tracking. Your browser only stores a technical piece of information about the scroll position of the page (session storage), so that when you return to a page you go back to where you left off. It is not a cookie, it contains no personal data, and it disappears when you close the browser.

Form enquiries: if you submit a form, we process the details you filled in (name, e-mail, optionally a phone number and any other details you provide yourself, such as property location and type, and your message text). We use this data solely to reply to your enquiry, assess your request, prepare an offer, and conduct individual communication related to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to entering into a contract taken at your request. Enquiry details are never added to any newsletter or marketing database and are never used for mass campaigns.

Direct e-mail: if you write to us directly from your own e-mail client, we process your message and e-mail address only for the purpose of replying.

How long we keep your data

If an enquiry does not turn into a collaboration, we keep its data for 12 months from the last communication and then delete it. If an enquiry becomes a business collaboration, further processing is governed by our contract; that falls outside this policy.

Who helps us process your data

Form data is stored in the database of our web platform, Convex (Convex Systems, Inc.), which runs in an AWS data centre in the eu-west-1 region (Ireland, EU). We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Convex; any supporting transfers outside the EEA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Correspondence is conducted from the info@ioastay.com mailbox operated by Seznam.cz, a.s. (Company ID 261 68 685). We pass data to no one else; we use no CRM or newsletter tools. Only the person who handles enquiries has access to them.

Cookies and tracking

The website uses no analytical or advertising cookies and no other visitor tracking, which is why we do not use a cookie banner. The font used on the pages is stored directly on our own server. Images are loaded from content delivery networks (CDNs) that serve images quickly; when a page loads, your browser queries them in the standard way.

Your rights

You can contact us at any time at info@ioastay.com and request access to your data and a copy of it, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, or withdraw consent (for enquiries based on the legal ground of "steps prior to a contract", no consent is used). We handle requests manually and without undue delay. If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
