How much could my property earn?
It depends on the property: its location, type, condition and how it's used today. That's why we don't send automated estimates. Tell us about your property and we'll look at it personally, then come back with a realistic view of what it could earn.
How does IOA Stay get paid?
Our fee is tied to the results — it depends on how the property performs. The exact terms are always agreed individually and transparently before we start, so you know what's included and what isn't.
Can I still use my property myself?
Yes. You reserve your dates in the calendar for your own stays, and we make sure the property is ready for you after the previous guests. During your stays it shows as unavailable on Airbnb, Booking.com and the other channels.
Who handles guests and cleaning?
We do. Guest communication, check-in and check-out, cleaning, laundry and the small everyday situations are all part of the operation we run for you.
How do you look after my property?
We check the property after every stay and keep it in top condition. If anything needs attention, maintenance follows before a small issue grows.
I live outside the Czech Republic. Can you handle everything locally?
Yes. You don't need to be in the Czech Republic for the day-to-day operation of your property. We handle bookings, guests, pricing, check-ins, cleaning, property checks and local operational matters — and you stay informed through regular reporting in English.
